Frequently Asked Questions

How do I select the right nanocrystalline core for my application?
Key factors include: operating frequency, required inductance, current rating, and physical size constraints. For EV chargers (10-150 kHz), we typically recommend cores with permeability of 50,000-100,000. Contact our technical team with your specifications for a free recommendation.
What shaft diameter range do your shaft grounding rings cover?
Our standard range covers 6mm to 500mm shafts. For shafts outside this range, we offer custom manufacturing. Please provide your motor nameplate data or shaft dimensions for selection assistance.
What is the difference between a shaft grounding ring and a carbon brush?
Shaft grounding rings use conductive microfiber technology that maintains consistent contact resistance (<1Ω) over time, unlike carbon brushes which wear down and require maintenance. Rings also work at much higher surface speeds and don't generate particles that can contaminate bearing oil.
Can bearing isolators be installed without disassembling the equipment?
Split-type bearing isolators are available for installation without full disassembly. However, proper installation typically requires access to the bearing housing. Contact us for split designs or installation guidance.
What certifications do your products have?
Our supply chain partners hold ISO 9001, IATF 16949 (automotive), CE, and RoHS certifications. Specific products also carry API 610/682 compliance for petrochemical applications. Material test reports (MTR) available upon request.
What is your typical lead time for samples and orders?
Sample delivery typically takes 7-14 business days. Production orders ship within 2-4 weeks depending on quantity and customization requirements. Expedited options available for urgent projects.
Do you offer custom OEM / private label services?
Yes, we offer full customization including dimensions, materials, certifications, and private labeling. Our technical team will work with your specifications to develop a tailored solution.
